Hi, does anyone know where anyone know what website to acquire a Kapten Plus for around 300.00? I am sure it is out there just not sure. Thanks! Chymera
I don't think the Kapten Plus is sold anymore. You may be able to find one second hand on blind bargains, the garage sale board, or similar.
For what it's worth, I have a kapten plus, and you may be better off trying another gps solution.
The kapten is ok, for what it does, but the maps aren't and won't be updated anymore. The online bookmarks features and such are going down some time this year, and the company doesn't plan to develop it any further.
What that means for the end user is that the map data will very quickly become useless.
Just a few thoughts for you. Good luck finding a new gps.
